Do you ship overseas?

No. SwiftMax ships within Australia only. We do not offer international delivery.

How long does shipping take?

Our shipping timeline includes processing time + transit time:

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Transit time: 9–14 business days
  • Order cut-off: 3:00 PM AEST (GMT+10)
  • Shipping cost: Free standard shipping for orders above $50

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive an email containing your tracking details. If you haven’t received tracking after a few days, contact us and we’ll assist you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of purchase.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Packaging must be intact
  • Return must include your order confirmation or packing slip

To start a return, email info@swiftmax.com.au and request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, we will cover all return costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable return method.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you with approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Can I return used or opened items?

No. Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition/packaging cannot be returned. Gift items are also non-refundable.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately
  • Include photos and a description of the issue
  • We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you
